About Carlos
Carlos Vargas is the CEO and co-founder of Vargas-London Funeral Home and Cremation Services and the firm’s Texas Licensed Funeral Director. He and Reggie London started Vargas-London together because they share a passion for the funeral profession and a frustration with the way the funeral industry typically handles families — opaque pricing, rushed arrangements, and pressure to upgrade.
Carlos’s philosophy is direct: every family gets the same care, the same honesty, and the same respect — regardless of budget or service selected. He oversees every aspect of funeral operations from the moment a loved one is brought into our care through the final return of remains. He is personally involved in every arrangement conference when family schedules align, and he has signed off on every service Vargas-London has performed since the firm opened. As the firm’s TFSC license-holder, Carlos carries the legal and professional responsibility for everything we do under Texas law.
